The Great Commission
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."  Matthew 28:18 - 20.  We are all commissioned  to go and create disciples.  One way this is done is by telling everyone the Good News of Jesus' sacrifice for all of us.

Making Disciples Through Example
Somewhere nearby, your neighbor is sharing God's love. He's making a meal that will feed a hungry friend. She's teaching a child how to read. They're building housing for a refugee's family. You know these neighbors are compassionate people. but what you may not know is that they are proud members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). As Lutherans, they are called to help their friends and neighbors – around the corner, across the country, and on the other side of the world.

Missions at Redeemer
There are many missions being carried out by members of Redeemer. God's ministries at Redeemer are grouped into Worship, Social, Evagelical, Music, and Education to help us focus. God provides each person in this world with a talent that will serve His purpose.  Members of Redeemer practice their God given talents through missions so they may do God's will in the congregation, in the community, and in the world.
